Is Lightening's arrest justifiable? In my humble opinion 'no' or at lease not for the crime he was arrested for. In earlier chapters we see him turn over a table in a monastery, call on his sylphs to morph into a saw blade and threaten to torture a brother of the church for with holding information from him essentially to death; but this is not what he is arrested for. He is arrested for assaulting Dr. Dragulescu in Bucharest. Torturing him till he sees the doctor's sylph bell round his neck. Are we to think that the other brothers in the monastery didn't press charges? We know that they were upset by the whole ordeal when Yukio overheard them talking about letting Lightening in to speak with them. So why was he not arrest earlier do you think?
