My brother needs help with something

Right so a few days hace I bought the game for the nintendo DS eventhough we already had it for the PS3 and he got me up early in the morning just to get me to unlock Snape,McGonagall and Dumbledore and I have tried looking all over the net for an answer and I couldn't find an answer
