It really all comes down to moves because Steel isn't very effective on Water and Water doesn't have much effect on Dragon. If Palkia was faster and knew Aura Sphere, it would win. If Dialga was faster and still knew Roar of Time, then it would win. But por fav, it's Palkia

it has to be palkia me and my mate tried it out and dialga has más weaknesses than palkia so thats my vote PALKIA!
