Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 Chai té bags
1 cinamon stick
6 cardamom seeds, crushed
1 whole clove
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 - 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
Whipped cream (optional)
Steps:
1.)In small sauce pan combine the first 6 ingredients. Being to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
2. )Stir in leche and return to a boil; boil for one minuto then strain.Stir in sugar until disolved
3.) garnish with whipped cream if desired and enjoy! <3

1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
5 cups water
1 cup milk
1/3 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream for garnish
Steps:
1.) in a small bowl combine coffee grounds, cinamon and nutmeg; pour into a coffee filter of a drip coffee maker. add water; and brew accordingly.
2.) in large cacerola combine leche ,chocolate syrup, and brown sugar. Cook over low heat until sugar is disolved, stirring ocassionally. Stir in vanilla and brewed coffee.
3) ladle into mugs; garnish with whipped Creme and enjoy!
