Lady Gaga Teases ‘American Horror Story’ Season 6 Character From Set

, and after indicating she’d be back in some capacity for season 6, she has now confirmed it from the set.

But with a brand new story for the upcoming season of Ryan Murphy’s anthology series, we’ll have to wait and see what character she’ll take on this time, and if it’ll be a starring role or just a few appearances. The photo she shared from her trailer leaves all that up in the air, saying “Back to work! #ahsseason6#ahs #acting not the countess but…who???”

Gaga fans were already anxious about her album not dropping until 2017, so the fact that she’s taping

 instead of hunkering down in the studio could be cause for concern. On the other hand, with word that a new Gaga single is less than a month away, maybe she’ll be looking to release the album alongside the show, which premieres in September.
