Will Lady GaGa tour in the Philippines?

she dicho that she was going to come and tour here again after her fame ball tour last Aug 2009....
I didnt go to the fame ball tour hehe...

I wasn't also able to go to her Fame Ball tour last año since Philippines is an archipelago & I have to fly all way to Manila just to see her but I'm not that of a rich azada who can just do whatever she wants.
