Does anyone here do free drawing requests?

I can't find it online already so I'm asking tu kind people to draw it for me I'm looking for a picture of William with a black kitty on his shoulder glaring in the same direction that William's looking I need it to be cute my friend doesn't think it would be so I want to prove her wrong so please help and draw it for me.
