I say she's 16 or 15 years old. She looks like a teen.

I've done a bit of research and my guess is that she was born a few years (x<7) before Tai Lung was incarcerated. My estimate was that she is at least 20 years old, but less than 30 (20<x<30)

In Kung Fu Panda 2 she said she punched the iron wood trees for 20 years. So I think she is about 23 years old. As Po is 20-21 as said by his father in Kung Fu Panda 3

I think she's 25 or something. Wikipedia says Po is in his 20s and according to the Art of Kung Fu Panda 3, Tigress is around the same age as Po.
