It looks like Big Bang‘s leader G-Dragon will finally be paying the consequences of his performance at his first solo concierto last year.

Last año at his Shine A Light concert, G-Dragon performed as planned but spiced up his stages as he dry-humped Aimee Lee Lucas on a stand-up cama and sang two songs that were strictly forbidden to be heard por minors. Not only that but the concierto did not have a higher age restriction at 19+. Instead, anyone over 12 was allowed to attend. After a dark forecast, it looks like YG Entertainment‘s apology won’t get G-Dragon away scot-free, because investigations are currently underway.

If tu recall, G-Dragon’s first solo album “Heartbreaker” was slapped with a big fat age restriction of 19+. His songs She’s Gone and Korean Dream were prohibited from being aired on televisión past 10PM and also be unavailable for purchase to minors.

The Eastern Seoul District Prosecutor stated, “The investigation is in the stage of collecting and reviewing all the data we have on the case. G-Dragon’s summoning is still pending but will be decided shortly.

If G-Dragon fails to win his case he’ll have to pay up to at least a $5,000 fine and serve at least a año in prison. A YGE representative said, “YG will aid the case in this investigation and will handle it on behalf of G-Dragon. However, we will accept the the decision and take upon full responsibility of any legal actions.” Hopefully they can get him off the hook!

Looks like things are heating up for Korea’s most prominent talent. G-Dragon definitely did break some rules but does the punishment fit the crime?

DaniellelovesBB GD should not have to go to jail!!! ok pay the fine whatever but jail time is a bit much if you ask me. GD does not deserve this! we will always stand behind you GD, we got your back, and we love you!!

Misaki-Chan-x33 @eagle_tamer: I think that antis are just going too far. How can they wish for someone to go to jail? I mean GD is doing what he wants to express his emotions, yet he has to so called "pay the consequences"? What did he to suffer this? He made a mistake: the marijuana incident. But everyone makes mistakes and GD is already repenting on his mistake. That's not an excuse to convict him to jail. He made songs that needs age restriction. So what? Obviously he knew there's a need for age restriction, so why did he still release the songs? That's because the songs contain the feelings he has. They are all a reflection of his life, experiences and past. He didn't release songs just because he wants fans. If he wants it, he could have made songs that catchy, fake, and have no age restrictions. Anyone over 12 can attend the concert. Yeah, of course because I don't think in the first place there's a need to put any restrictions. And also, GD is trying to allow fans of all ages to attend. That's it. His kind intentions are mistaken for mistakes. And Korea wants him to pay for the consequences of his "mistakes"? That's purely ridiculous.

He only intended on showing what he feels, like the songs: A Boy, That XX, Heartbreaker, One of A Kind, the song One of A Kind was for his Antis! Aish............ Only making songs, now a crime? Sounds like Big Bang lives in North Korea in this state![/i]

zanhar1 I don't think we have to worry though. If I remember correctly this was solved a while ago and he's not going to jail. ^_^
