why in kindom hearts 1 alice is a princess?

thats a good question, i didnt get it either in the beggining. they probably didnt use another princess because they needed the world of alice in the wonderland to fit the story and there isnt much tu can make out of pocahontas and stuff anyways. now alice is in a way a princess. not real royalty but "wonder land" is a made up world...her OWN made up world, so basically its HER world, and she is a disney charecter perfect for the part. (plz excuse my spellings :P) so im not exactly sure but that is my theory, why else wud they keep her...they needed an interesting world to add in and that was alice's.

its alices world get over here not being a princess its better then the red queen right
