I definitely say Mattie. Well, that's probably for his amazing character in Kickin' It, but I have other reasons. There's how he always makes anything look cool, and how he's always striding like he owns the place, he's just hot! And in the episode of Kickin' It when Jack has the 80's style dream, he's got decent abs (and a cute belly button, if I may say so) And frankly, I think that Selena's obnoxious and wears too much makeup.
