Is the Jurassic Park 4 movie actually coming out?? I heard it isn't coming out anymore because the writer has died.

No its actually mainly because of Sam Neill's Agent not letting Jurassic Park hire him which is a shame because he was good in all the movies, but I have never heard about the writer dieing?
