The Deacy Amp is a small, one-watt, roughly 5 inches (12.7 cm) amplifier created por and named after queen bassist John Deacon and used por guitarist Brian May.
It was created in the early 1970s using an amplifier circuit board found in a skip por Deacon and stationed into a Hi-Fi speaker cabinet, powered por a 9-volt battery. The amp was used along with May's Red Special guitarra and his treble-booster to produce sounds reminiscent of various orchestral instruments.
