Hmm...I'm not sure, that's a good question. I'd say it's too early for now, and any girl that he becomes interested in in the story is only some minor character that tu typically never see again.
I think it would be cute if he and Rin fell in amor when they got older, though. :) I think they might make a good match. Some people are for Sesshomaru and Rin, but I think that's only a father-daughter relationship. That's another reason why she might someday fall for Shippou: her affinity for demons. She might prefer a demon male over a human one, because Sesshomaru will probably raise her as his daughter to some extent.
I've never had any thoughts concerning Shippo at all. For me he's just a character thats there, so I really don't care who he ends up with. Though I hope he finds himself a nice demon girl someday.
About Rin though, I think she'd do well ending up with Kohaku, they're friends now whos to say to do't end up falling in amor later. It would just makes the most sence to me.

probably kagome, he is always mentioning how she is pretty and better than kikyo (not) to inuyasha so he might have a little crush on her if tu know what I mean .')
