does anyone here know why inuyasha starts with "inu"?

i think i found out, cuz inu means dog in Japanese!! idk just a theory.....

...REALLY? This series has been out for years, and tu consider yourself a fan. And tu don't even know what the MAIN CHARACTER'S NAME MEANS? THE MAIN CHARACTER THAT THE SERIES IS NAMED AFTER? That's simply pathetic. It shows that tu really don't give a flying fuck about this series. All tu had to do was just google most, if not all, of the characters' names. And tu would know.

Actually, yes I do. Sango means coral, and Kagome essentially means something like a bamboo weave, it's based off a children's song. It's not that hard.
