In the manga of Inu-Yasha, does anyone else agree that Kagome bares a resemblance to Akane Tendo in Ranma 1/2?


Yes, in case some did not know, Ranma 1/2 is also por Rumiko Takahashi [I am very fond if it].

I'm sure tu all know what Kagome looks like, so below I've publicado a picture of Akane in the manga. Study a picture of Kagome and Akane in the same frame closely.
"But that Akane girl has short hair!"
In the first vol. of Ranma 1/2 Akane's hair was sliced to that length in battle.
"But Kagome has a sailor suit!"
Yes, and what Akane is wearing is her school uniform.

I only read the first volume of Ranma 1/2, but yes they are similar, only Kagome seems to be más know-it-all, from what I can tell, but that has nothing to do with appearences. The biggest difference is that Akane is actually a fighter (or can fight and does with any actual skill) and Kagome isn't, and which she possesses little.
