CHICKEN CURRY RECIPE:
1cup curd
1/2tp turmeric(haldi)
1tp salt
1tp garlic paste (or) chopped
1tp ginger paste (or) chopped
and chicken pieces mix them will and keep it a side for 15 min
take a pan then
3tp of oil (or) ghee
ilaichi laung
2 bay leaves
1 onion chooped
2 garlic cchopped
1 piece ginger chopped
3 tamatose chopped
cook them will after this
mixed chiken that we made
in a pan
cook them then green chille or red chille powder in it
salt to taste after sometime u chicken is ready
will u can make CHICKEN BIRYANI also with curry
all u have to do is cook half way the rice{par boil rice i mean}
then first make a lier of chicken curry at bottom in a vassel then rice on it
then chciken curry then rice make leir after leir then cook for 10 min there is ur CHICKEN BIRYANI
