It was almost midnight on a busy día in PPTH and House was alone in his office trying to decipher the clues, which can lead to a diagnosis.

Wilson was with Cuddy in her office.

House didn’t know how long he’d been standing on that lacrosse field. But the sun had gone down hours hace and the sky was now pitch black and his breath was visible.
