Just dropping por to share my opinion, which I haven't done in a loooooooooooooooooooooooong time.
There are two possibilities when it comes to this season ending.
If it is the last season of House, I can see it ending with Cuddy dying and House having to raise Rachel on his own.
The segundo option, season 7 not being the final season, would be something happening in the procedure and/or House lying to Cuddy big time, screwing their relationship completely.
The problem is,
I could also see Cuddy dying and mostrar not ending.
House has been happy for far too long when it comes to this show.
And the wedding, if it's true, makes no Houseian sense to me in any other way than Cuddy dying and House having no other option on how to adopt Rachel.
But, then comes the part that gets me thinking the most.
What is the purpose of this show?
What kind of message does it give?
If we're all supposed to drown in despair and believe that life is so cruel and hopeless, then, I didn't see it.
For me, it's always been about a royally screwed up man getting better, and... making it in the horrible world.
Going against his principles, going against who he really is and... just... finally finding that little happy place.
For me, it's all about mostrando us, that, even the most screwed up people, stubborn people, can make it.
And because of this, I don't see them killing Cuddy off.
It would totally miss the whole point of the show...
But then again, the mostrar is called House, not Cuddy.
Maybe, maybe she is just not someone who is, in PPTB's book, destined to make it.
What a pity would that be?

50. This is a great huddy scene it’s full of so much emotions and it ends with house getting fired “I’m thinking we should move into together”
49. I love when cuddy decides she is going to move into house’s office it’s just her way are trying to move her relationship with house in the Wright direction.
48. This scene is a great huddy one cause house knows he is getting closer with cuddy so he makes a argument but she see right through him “this is just your way of saying you accept my apology “
47. This is one of my fav funny huddy scenes house is trying to embarrass cuddy while she’s on the phone but it doesn’t work “balls have you seen my balls ““I’ve seen his balls but I’m not giving them back “
46. This scene is between Wilson/Cuddy, cuddy wants Wilson and house to be there for each other since the news of kutner hits the hospital but he knows what she really wants “you couldn’t give crap about me you just want someone to take care of him”
45. I Loved when house bought cuddy a desk because it’s a big thing from their past and it means a lot to both of them and as soon as cuddy see’s it she knows who sent it her.
44. This moment was awesome it reminded me of “you can’t stop our love” and it was cuddy’s twisted way of a Romeo and Juliet scene
43. This moment was great house normally finds ways to avoid cuddy but in this episode he tried his hardest to spend time with her by visiting at home “the scent of a man, I understand you haven’t experienced it sober”
42. This scene is great because you see that’s house actually wants to be with cuddy and is happy to see her “good morning sunshine”
41. This scene is touching because 1. Cuddy gets a baby 2. House is kind of heartbroken because he thinks that she won’t have time for him but he knows it’s going to make her happy “merry Christmas cuddy”
