Spoilers: Plot Details For The Two-Part Finale 

I can't wait for this ! There's one thing I feel nervous about though : "Stories about doctors Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein) and Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) and their relationship to House will have to be put off until next season, Shore says." Does it mean no Huddy ? :(

I think they may be pushing that to the next season. :'(

Unfortunately, I think you're right. Here's what Katie Jacobs said in the Daily Princetonian (news section) :
"Regarding the hinted-at relationship between House and Cuddy, a hospital administrator, Jacobs said that fans can expect new developments. “You have to wait a little bit,” Jacobs told the audience. “But what would happen if they did end up in bed together one night? That’s kinda interesting,” she added."

Do you think "a little bit" translates as "another 4 seasons" in her language?

I like the idea of cuddy/wilson more.

This episode sounds really interesting! Knowing, as a devoted Huddy shipper knows, that Huddy is inevitable; I'm happy as long as Cuddy gets some screen time, I mean screen time not some stupid 5 minute thing.
