A lot of people in England dont really watch it and get into it much.... im thinking our lack of medals could have an impact.... maybe.... lol

So I really enjoy the Olympics. Now I was trying to watch the Opening Ceremonys at a restaurant because my house I was staying at had no local channels and I was with my cousins who were a year younger than me and 7 and them along with my sister bothered me the whole time and I had to meave early. Not to mention I ordered a slice of apple pie and the 7 year-old cousin ate all the ice cream off it and the pie didn't taste good without the ice cream.

Just watched the men's Gymnatics, and I watch the Canada and China-Paigei (or something like that) for softball

Mens gymnastics is amazing.
AMAZING.

I watched opening ceremony, swimming, diving, basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, tennis, badminton, weightlifting, judo, gymnastics, shooting(IMO kind of boring)...

Hah. I watch as many events as I can.
I wish I could be there.
When the Olympics were here in LA in '84 my dad saw tons of events - I wish I could have been there!

lol, London next time round! *groans* Invasion of the tourists to an already crowded city, including the public transport system that doesnt work anyways, in the middle of August where it will be pouring with rain! Sound brilliant doesnt it!!

OH MY GOD! Did anyone see the Hungarian weightlifter dislocate his arm?!?! Oh man it was horrific! They showed it in slow motion and it was soooooooooo gross! *shudders* Poor guy was screaming. Ouch!
