Please keep in mind that this is merely my opinion, and this will be almost strictly horror. tu could say "What's halloween without Hocus Pocus and Halloweentown?" and that's fine but also cliched and not horror. This is not a lista of my favorito! horror cine por any means either, just a lista of great ones I think are fun to watch at halloween time and give me that sense of Horrorween (my new favorito! word btw). I have also included some horror televisión in here as well just for the short attention span people (aka me).
