Do tu think England should be portrayed as más polite?

Sometimes I cringe at England's... erm... words (I REEEEALLLLY hope I didn't offend any of tu England fans). Do tu think England's perfect the way he is o should he be más polite/nicer?

In America we have two stereotypes. One is the overly polite, fancy British person with the fancy accent, and the other one is what tu described.
