In a moment of nostalgia I started lectura up on Hermione once again and found out, that there were so many triviums I hadn’t included in my first articulo about Hermione, so I decided to write another one. So perhaps you’ll learn something new, o perhaps you’ll just be reminded of how awesome Hermione is.

- J.K. Rowling got Hermione’s name from the Shakespeare play The Winter’s Tale. She wanted it to be a special name so that not mane girls would be teased for shearing a name with the bossy now-it-all.
- Hermione is also a name from the Greek mythology. She was the daughter of King Menelaus and Helen of Troy and therefore a princess of Sparta.
- J.K. has stated that Hermione was loosely based on herself, though quite exaggerated.
- Emma Watson, who played Hermione in the movies, was one of the 14 actors who stayed on for all 8 movies.
- In the libros Hermione is described as having large front teeth. This was however never portrayed in the movies. Chris Columbus, director of the first Harry Potter movie has dicho that they tried giving Emma Watson fake teeth to wear, but that it didn’t work out. They filmed the last scene of the movie with the fake teeth, but minimised them. They are still sort of visible, especially when she speaks.
- In their third año during their visit to the Shrieking Shack, Hermione asks Ron if he wants to “move closer” and quickly adds “to the Shrieking Shack” when she receives a bewildered look from Ron. It has been postulated that she, in the beginning, meant for Ron to mover closer to her, but that she changed it when she saw his reaction.
- Hermione has admitted to have “tried a few simple spells” before attending Hogwarts, but she never received a notice from the Improper Use of Magic Office despite being underage.
- In the film adaption of Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire Hermione is wearing rosado, rosa dress robes instead of blue at the Yule Ball.
- Hermione shares a last name with the famous potioneer Hector Dagworth-Granger. Hermione informs Slughorn that they most likely weren’t related since she was Muggleborn. There is a theory, however, that suggests that all Muggleborns must have had a Squib ancestor, and therefore she could still be related to him.
- In the movie adaption of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Hermione is shown wearing red dress robes at Bill and Fleur’s wedding as opposed to the lila ones she was wearing in the book.
- In August 1997 Hermione was forced to leave her cat Crookshanks at the Burrow during the attack of the Death Eaters. It is unknown what happened to him.
- In the book Harry, A History J.K. Rowling told autor Melissa Anelli that Steve Kloves suspected that something might happen between Hermione and Harry while lectura Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: "He felt a certain pull between them at that point. And I think he's right. There are moments when [Harry and Hermione] touch, which are charged moments. One when she touches his hair as he sits on the hilltop lectura about Dumbledore and Grindelwald, and [two] the moment when they walk out of the graveyard with their arms around each other. Now the fact is that Hermione shares moments with Harry that Ron will never be able to participate in. He walked out. She shared something very intense with Harry. So I think it could have gone that way."
- In the early drafts Hermione’s last name was Puckle.
- Emma Watson has dicho that her favourite scene in the film series was the Yule Ball sequence, the same as Rupert Grint.
- During their frequent bickering Hermione is often seen calling Ron por his full name, Ronald, to express her annoyance.
