I think Miku is European because Miku (location) is a village in Meremäe Parish, Võru County, Estonia.
So, are tu sure Miku is European?

Miku doesn't really have a race as far as I'm concerned, but her main voice bank is Japanese, well... she's considered Japanese.

Not sure how tu got this idea though, seeing as she originates from Japan. xD;;
