I've loved all the HP movies (especially POA and OOTP) except this one. I just think it's too rushed and has awful dialogue.

Yes, but they're essentially British so i used the original title. :)

But the prisoner of Azkaban annoys me as lots of the book is missed out.

I am actually quite surprised by these results. Personally, my favourite was the chamber of secrets, followed bythe philosophers' stone...and then all the others were more or less equally bad. First two films = good music, good "wizard-like" clothes, nice Hogwarts castle and likeable characters. Next three films = completely different, non-magical music, they all wear jeans and hoodies (they're wizards for God's sake!), weird castle with really bad special effects, and they made Dumbledore into a violent idiot.

Why do you think it's called the sorceror's stone in America? Americans know what philosophers are!

Goblet? Really? I loved Goblet! I've never liked the first two much actually. Mainly cos they're my least favourite books. But I still love them.

Goblet for me too. All the books are better than the film but this film wasn't a let down but I much prefered the book to this film!

No alexmcneice, you´re not the only one... I didn´t like it at all... I´ve noticed that people that aren´t really in to the books love the latest film, simply because they don´t know what they´re missing... but I thought it was awful!

I thought the Goblet was brilliant! POA was my worst I think because of adding bits that weren't in the book.

The last movie sucks... No comparison between the movie and the book. And I think that the people who don't read the books, will not understand the other 2 movies.

prisoner of askaban is the best. i am such a big fan of HP and i actually hated goblet of fire. i thought it was dumb.

The movies are all pretty bad... They can't even come close to what made the books so amazing to me. Plus I disliked most of the actors.

I am gld everyone agrees with me. I just didn't feel(excuse the pun) the magic with this one. It was pretty lame.

I do love POA, and OOTP.

Am i the only one who thinks it is weird that in the pick called "Which is your favourite Harry Potter movie?", Goblet of Fire is named the best, but here it's named the worst..?

I haven't really hated any of them... OotP was too rushed for me though.
OH and to TweenaCat: It is called Sorcerer's Stone in the US because Philosopher is entirely non-magical to us. People would be confused... why is it magic? What does a philosopher have to do with magic?

4 was made the worst except i can't say it was the worst becuase daniel radcliffe looks so hot

I absolutely LOVE The Goblet Of Fire. Best one. AND there's Cedric which is a plus.

i didn't dislike this movie at all
but i didn't start reading the hp books until after the fourth movie so i was more judgemental on it

I like all the moiveis except for the 3rd.. Harry Potter and the Prisonar of Azkaban.. they did not do justice to Sirius at all.. it made me so mad.. and then they're making random animal noises.. it drives me crazy!

I didn't even bother to see the fifth movie because of all the bad reviews given to me by others. The others were alright, except the third movie. They left out SO much, the movie did absolutely NO justice to the book.

The 4th and the 5th were appeared really off to me. I could deal with the differences in the 4th movie but the 5th movie was a let down...

This was so majorly fucked up. They can so much out, you could barely understand the plot (if you temporarily forget the book).

I actually hate this movie so much. All of the others I've seen countless times, but not this one. I cant watch it, the directing is rubbish.

Plot should be the first thing, not an afterthought in production.
