I was lectura DH again, and I came across something rather odd. This something is the image of Grindelwald stealing the Elder Wand from Gregorovitch. That scene set my mind whirring. I just had to write down whaat was going on inside my mind. Please keep in mind that this is a major DH spoiler, as well as very convoluted. If tu find yourself very confused after lectura this, put down this articulo and take a nap. It'll make más sense when tu wake up.
Now, on to the first Wild and Crazy Theory.
Gregorovitch had the Elder Wand, as he was trying to duplicate it for his customers, but it was later stolen por Grindelwald. Grindelwald used it to make a name for himself as a terrifying Dark wizard until his defeat at the hands of Dumbledore, who then took the wand, seeking to tame its power, as Dumbledore was the new master. Years later, Malfoy Disarmed Dumbledore, becoming the siguiente master without knowing it.
However, my own research into the theft has proven that Grindelwald did NOT, in any way, defeat Gregorovitch before taking the wand. Aas my research into the event has shown, Grindelwald took the wand from a workbench when Gregorovitch was out of the room, then jumped out the window. Thus, the Elder Wand still answered to Gregorovitch. AND, in late 1997, it has been proven that Voldemort killed Gregorovitch. Thus, aat that moment, Voldemort became the true master of the Elder Wand until his death in May 1998 at the hands of Harry Potter.
Thus, during Harry's speech, when he tells of who the wand's real master is, thewand should NOT have respondedto Harry's words, as it theoretically belonged to Voldemort.
