harry potter Pregunta

Shoudn't Voldemort have known Harry was really alive in Deathly Hallows?

Voldemort is an Legitimst (I dont know how to spell it) but when he asked Narcissa to tell him if Harry was dead in the Forrest, shouldn't he have known she was lying? I thought that was the whole point of being a Legitimist, being able to tell when tu are being lied to...

I have too much free time, if I'm able to think about this!!!

I think You-Know-Who was just a bit overwhelmed por his success on killing Harry, and thus forgot about Legilimens and proceeded to think that he's dead. The whole reason why he sent Narcissa to check on Harry was because he was afraid of him also, so that could be another reason as well.
