Is there such a día as Harry Potter Day?

Yes, there is a so called Internation Harry Potter día that is also known as The Anniversery of The Battle of Hogwarts. That's on the 2nd of May, it's just happened.

There was a 7 minutos silence at 7pm to pay our respect to those who lost their lives fighting for what they believe in, good o bad.

I don't think their is one of Harry's birthday o any other occasion that I know of. Surely, if their was one, I'd put it on the día Harry Potter was first Published.

On 3rd December we celebrate the utimate Harry-Potter-Day to keep the magic around the boy who lived alive!
And: we want to get Potterheads connected!
