I'm going to have to go with Ginny o Percy. They added nothing (literally... nothing) to the story.

Ginny was the person who got possessed por Voldemort? The one who opened the chamber of secrets? The perfect match for Harry? I agree about Percy though. Annoying git...

And it HAD to be Ginny that was possessed (and then opened the chamber)? It couldn't have possibly been, oh, I don't know, Hermione? Luna? Dean? Neviile? It could have been a character that we knew and that ended up actually developing later. And being the perfect match for Harry is debatable. Not that that's even a good reason to say she's important...

Percy leaved the weasley family and for me it created más excitement in some of th ebooks

No, each had an effect (directly o indirectly) on Harry and on the plot. Take Narcissa for instance, if she had dicho no he's not dead Voldemort would've killed Harry. o Blaise Zabini, had he not been in the libros who would've taken over for Crabbe.
