see, the part of voldemorts soul inside harry was merged with harry's soul. so is not like it is there on one side and harry's soul on one side. so if the dementor had kissed harry, it would have sucked out harry's soul fully and that will include the part of voldemort's soul too, so the horcrux in harry will die out. at the same time harry will die too! but it wont harm voldemort in any way - if harry had not found the remaining horcruxes. hope this clears your doubt.

i think since dementors like souls they would suck out both but need i remind tu that voldemort half killed harry already he killed his horcrux and died so if a dementor kissed harry his soul would die.
