Great question, im pretty sure, they will supress that fact, and make it like... if dumbledor always knew where they were headed.. and told snape.. o something like that... i never really realized this difference between the movie and book..

u know when hermione comes out once she stands face to face with Scabior but he does not realise she is there becoz of the enchantment. but she tells harry he smelled her perfume- its a very odd thing to be concerned of and since hermione is concerned,there certainle will be some turning point in the story. maybe as u dicho he will smell the perfume in the forest of dean and tell snape in his office-later snape consults dumbledore and goes with the sword! thats the only possible explanation!
