i think anywhere near water, santa monica which is i believe california was issued a warning,

this was just on bbc news : Tsunami warnings also issued for Guam, the Philippines, the Marshall Islands, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Nauru, Micronesia and Hawaii.

Tsunami warning is widened to include rest of Pacific coast, including Australia and South America

hawaii and russia are expected to be hit today, california, washington and oregon have been put on alert

I have family in the Philippines although I've never met them. Sirens just went off again.
