I do not think so. There was not really a need for him to go. He is an Auror (Dark wizard chatcher). Applicants must first have excellent academic credentials before they are accepted into a rigorous training program.
I don't think there IS a college in the magical world ... He just got directly from school to job. And btw, I don't think he had to go through all the training, tu know, he did fight the Dark Lord..
