harry potter vs crepúsculo Pregunta

What was the book to movie change that bugged tu the most?

What was something that was changed in any of the Harry Potter o Twilight stories in the book to movie process?

For example, in the 5th HP movie, I really hated when Bellatrix Avada Kadavra'ed Sirius before he fell through the curtain. There was absolutely no reason they needed to change it.

What didn't tu like about the movies?

Alan/Severus' scene's being cut. Seriously. The fight at the end was much más spectacular. I get not wanting to have to big fight scenes so close together, but they pretty much went "Oh, Snape's the Half-Blood Prince. Okaybai."

The way the couples were handled. We've never seen Bill Weasley (was he even mentioned?) and suddenly he's marrying Fleur. tonks and Remus were suddenly together, even though (I don't think) they were never on screen together. o if they were, it wasn't for any length of time.

The way they explained the Horcruxes. The libros (granted, they had más time in the books) went into greater detail. The cine just kinda skimmed over that.

The awkward scene between Harry and Ginny in HBP (the whole "You're shoes untied thing")and the burning down the Burrow. Neither of those really served any purpose (I was actually más confused about them burning it down). Especially since the Burrow was never even brought up again!

And Ron and Harry's reactions to Hermione being tortured. In the book, Ron went crazy. In the movie, he just stood there.

I hate it when they have different people do different things then what they did in the books. Like how tonks finds Harry on the train in OOTP the book but in the movie they had Luna do it. They did that kind of thing alot throughout the whole series and every-time they do it pisses me off. I hate how it was Ron instead of Neville with them in detention in P.Stone the movie but in the book Ron stayed back and Neville had detention with them. There is many others but I can't think of them all right now. They all piss me off.

Twilight- Kristen Stewart and her man voice.

Harry Potter- In all honesty, and I bet that tu guys are going to give me a hard time about this, but the casting of Hermione Granger. What happened to the buck teeth? I wanted to see frizzy hair, not beautiful curls. The casting makes her seem like a mary sue. I can't find flaws about her anymore, not even when lectura the books. Don't get me wrong, Emma Watson is great, but Hermione Granger just isn't for me anymore.

Also, they didn't mostrar the potions scene in the first movie. Boy, was I pissed.

Also, the part where Luna finds Harry on the train instead of Tonks. In all honesty, it might mainly be because I re-read the HP libros before HBP cam out, and I forgot who tonks was. I want HBP to jog back my memory, and when they didn't mostrar her in that scene (the scene I was waiting for for two months), I nearly screamed in the theatre.

Last, but not least, was the casting for Ginny Weasley and the entire H/G relationship (actually, I hated it in the libros too, but I just had to metion it). One second, they're trying to find a good place to hide the potions book, the next, they're kissing.

All in all, the HP cine are 5/10, and the Twilight cine are 1/10.

I think I know what inspired this question. ;)

In HBP I was really looking adelante, hacia adelante to the Lupin and tonks sections, but they completely cut it out. So I'd say them ignoring that couple was the thing that annoyed me the most.

I hate how much the timeline was warped in the Twilight films. The first movie went through the course of about two weeks, when in the libros it was about three and a half months.

In the Sorcerer's Stone, I was disappointed that they left out the potions scene. The one where they had to decipher the clues to figure out which potion they had to drink. I thought that was one of the funnest part in the whole series.

there wasnt enough tonks in the movie, almost all of her scenes were cut.

in book 4 dobby gave harry the gillyweed in the movie neville gave it to him, that annoyed me

the scene where dobby gave them navidad presents was changed a lot that sucked

It pissed me off cuz they were my favourite part of the books.

The thing that annoyed me the most was in the 5th Harry Potter Movie

When it was Snape's Worst Memory. The movie version was pathetic. tu had no idea what was going on unless tu read the books. I had to explain to 5 of my friends what happened. That and the fact that Lily Evans wasn't even in it! Snape lost his friendship with Lily, that was why it was his worst memory! They can't just leave something like that out, but they did.

I also hated how they never mentioned Winkie o Peeves.

The fact that cut Bellatrix out slot like how she wasn't in GOF for that one part and how she didnt get as many lines in OOTP. And in DH Voldemort didnt bring up Andromeda at the meeting. Besides the Bellatrix stuff the fact that Wormtail wasn't strangled por his own hand I thought that was quite important.

Half-Blood Prince in general just bothered me. It was my favorito! book, and they just made it so different that it was really hard to enjoy the movie. I was rather upset. The whole scene with Bill in the hospital was pretty much epic, AND THEY COMPLETELY DISREGARDED IT — because they completely disregarded Bill and Fleur. (Not to mention the way my freaking favorito! couple was handled, both in HBP and DH. Poor work, movie-makers, poor work, indeed!)

Also, I think the Order of the Phoenix lacked a lot of things the book included. They still got a lot of the important things in there, and I am fully aware of how long the book is, but there were some things that I thought did not necessarily need to be cut, despite whether o not they're important to the story.

In the Harry Potter movies, I hate how they cut out major parts from the book and replace it with stupid filler crap. In Deathly Hallows part 1, did they really need to mostrar Harry and Hermione dancing? o them walking all over to find the horcruxes. I know they had to find them, but it seemed like they kept walking endlessly.

Why was S.P.E.W. never mentioned, o Peeves? They were major part(s) in the books, yet they never were mentioned in the movies. They showed one newspaper clipping of Charlie Weasley and that's it. Don't get me started on the misceláneo pairing of tonks and Lupin o Bill and Fleur onscreen.

I also hate when they change things around. Someone brought up the Tonks/Luna change on the train in HBP. That kind of annoyed me a little. o how they pick actors that do not look anything like how the characters are written in the book (Tonks for example). I don't have anything against Natalia Tena, but I imagined tonks being younger and más bubbly with short, rosado, rosa hair. I know she's a metamorphagi, but still. I hated the old look they gave her in HBP.

In Twilight, they picked a wrong choice for Alice in my opinion. Bella always mentions how short and pixie like she is. Why the hell is she so tall? Same goes for Jane. She's supposed to resemble a cherub ángel o something? Totally opposite of how she was portrayed in the books. Not to mention Jacob. He's supposed to tower over Bella and have russet skin and a really big build.

In the sixth Harry Potter movie, I hated that they changed the ending. I thought that Dumbledore's funeral would have been a very touching scene and I had liked how Harry decided that he's not going back to Hogwarts and while the movie scene was good too, I was really disappointed that they changed it. Plus it had been an excellent tie in to the siguiente book where as the movie didn't connect as well.
