He moved away in the season finale, so it would make sense to say that he switched to another hospital instead of having him killed off

i think he was upset for being mean to christina and got drunk then crashed his car and died

I think there will be no real explanation, though its safe to assume that he moved to another hospital, but I think they won't talk to much about Burke, because they don't want to upset Cristina

yeah he just moved out...went away..no explanation really needed for that....or went to jail for unacceptable behaviour-ISAIAH!

Izzie's fiance died in the season 2 finale, so killing Burke off after the season 3 finale would be the same thing.

i think jac12345 has a good point that would be good cos it would be upsetting like most of the episodes but the easiest way out for the writers would be switching to another hospital
