I've never read the novels..so could someone please tell me..how Godric is different in them?

Well one of the things, if I remember corectly, is that he's gay. but he dosn't seem to be in the TV searies.

As far as I remember, Eric's creator has a different name, so "Godric" is never mentioned. Not much is told about him, really. What the TV series has done to/with Godric is great!

In the libros his name is Godric but he goes por Godfrey. He also prefers feeding and killing children which is part of the reason he goes into the sun because he knows he can't stop himself from doing it.He kills gabe por squeezing him round the middle not snapping his neck. Also i'm sure it says that he has long hair but don't quote me on that one.
