though my best friend would hate that show, her least favorite characters are kurt and rachel. so even though I love them, she can't stand them and goes on and on about how much she would hate a glee spin off series with them

I figure if you pick Kurt or Finn, you're also picking the other. They are step-brothers now, after all — they'd be bound to speak to one another eventually.

And, Rachel is the main star. She'd be the one they could have the most fun with, I think. Then, I'd also want Artie. Those three. Done.

since there my top two characters and they have all my favourate scenes together, i'd definately watch a show with just them, only i wouldn't have to put up with Rachel when she's being annoying, win-win. :)

They're both totally different people. I would like to see where they're lives lead them, and possibly if they clash into each other ;)

Kurt and Rachel??? I don't wanna watch a show where a guy bullies a girl and then she is kissing his feet. Anyway, I don't think Glee is gonna pull off a "Cheers" doing a "Frasier". Glee itself is fucked up already, they're gonna end up pulling a "Friends" doing a "Joey"... -_-
I mean, if they're gonna do a spin-off, it should be about 2 really minor characters.

Well if it was all the glee cast it wouldn't be a spinoff would it. It would just be glee in college
