As far as I know, Taeyeon is most popular in Korea, Yoona's the most popular in Japan, and Hyoyeon and Sooyoung are popular in Europe and America.

I don't know a simple answer is Hyoyeon but if you think about it, according to a poll made here most fans here are from Europe and they like the "barbies", so I can also assume that any of the barbies can be popular in Europe because I know polls made in the States the data is never consistent.
