Jon does not have a squire, because he's not a knight. He has a steward, though, and his name is Satin.

Satin is his squire, as Jon was previously Lord Mormont's squire. A person doesn't need to be knighted to have a squire - Robb wasn't a knight either but he had 2 squires. The only difference would be that a knight could knight his squire himself, while a non-knight would have to ask a knight to do so.
