which season was the original ending?

Debs, at first, Season 9 was meant to be the final season of Friends. At the last minuto NBC renewed it for a 10th season saying they were not ready to say goodbye to the mostrar yet. This was one reason why this season only has 18 episodes. The producers comentó about it on season 10 audio commentary (I just don't remember which episode, I think it's 10X01); they dicho it was supposed to end on season 9, but an opportunity came up and they decided to run for another season. Well debs, I heard on a commentary on an episode that Season 8 was supposedly the last season but halfway through, NBC told them to continue. I'm not entirely sure if that also happened in season 9 but I'm sure it happened season 8.

i think the last season orginial ending...they ended it when Rachael and Ross were raising Emma together
