Her fight scenes in serenity were the best I've ever seen and she did almost all of it herself.

I chose Angelina Jolie, simply because she's been in more action movies, and most of her fight scenes do kick ass.
Limited knowledge about whether or not they do their own stunts, though.

Well I'm not sure about her other movies but apparently Angelina did quite a lot of the tomb raider stunts. Like the bungee ballet thing, that's really her. On the dvd extras the director said there was even 1 stunt she was better at than the stunt doubles.

Summer is a trained ballet dancer so all her stunts are her. Angelina Jolie does that too but Summer Glau's fight scenes are WAY more awesome!

I love Buffy but SMG never does any of her own stunts, even the really little ones and its always noticable, so im gonna have to go with Jen Garner who actually put the effort in of learning how to use those Sais (knifes)
