I was thinking about the respuestas feature, how it's so much más used than the forums. The point of the respuestas was to ask for help on something to do with what you're a fan of, but it's also being used to discuss things like "What's the best Simpsons Character" o "Disney should make 2D caricaturas again", something like that. That's what the foros are made for, but most of these kind of preguntas are used in the "answer" section anyway. The real foros are hardly used now. Nearly everywhere I look, the last reply to a foros was 1 año ago.
Althought I can understand why these preguntas are in the respuestas section. The preguntas are easier to notice and tu can vote for what the best answer is.
So I was thinking, why not just make the respuestas the new forums? Get rid of the old forum. That way, tu can post whatever tu want, there's 1 less section to worry about where to ask, the preguntas are más likely to be answered and there's no/less rule breaking.
