Why do people give tu apoyar just to leave a message and it has nothing to do with what they gave tu apoyar for?

For example: girl123(fake name) gave me apoyar for my videos-"thanks for adding me!"

that totally wasnt me btw...*looks at username* i borrar apoyar like that. *votes for cinders answer*
