How exactly works the lista of fans por Most Contributions???

I've been thinking a lot and I can't realize in what way it works because people who haven't contributed even one thing in the spot are on the parte superior, arriba of the list? So please could someone explain to me how this thing works? :D

They are on the parte superior, arriba of the lista because they have the most rated content, I mean highest rates of 'fan of it' votos acumulated since the begining of the club not only now.
It is a sum of votes, so no matter if ultimately they do not contribute anything because they are still the ones with the most votes.
