It's on the parte superior, arriba of Fanpop's inicial page. If it doesn't appear for you, this means that tu haven't been a fanpop member for long enough, and tu have to wait a few months before you're allowed to make any new clubes (this is supposed to stop people from making irrelevant o duplicate clubs, but it doesn't work).
