I feel as if every user in history asks this question. Okay, first tu click on the blue "Fanpop" on your blue tool bar at the parte superior, arriba of the screen. Then tu look on the right hand side of the screen, and in about the middle is a green option that says "create a new club", o something to that degree. tu are very welcome, #562,857,375th user asking! xD
