How to see the IM Chat on the bottom of the fanpop site??

hola guys

I can't see this chat but I would amor to talk to my friends. Does anyone know what's wrong here? Can tu help me to see and usw IM?

no but did it ever work for tu it could be what browser tu use and how your firewall is setup
