No, not like harrassment, but like... a creepy stalkerish way. They keep spamming me, saying hi to me, and messaging me, and the worst part is, I hardly understand what they;re saying, because they cannot spell o use any visible concept of grammar. :P

Well, they're spamming you. That's one of the reasons they have the reportar button, for people that spam. Who's the user?

I don't think that can count as spam,or abuse,he/she is just saying hi...in a creepy,stalkerish,annoying way.
