Why wont fanpop change the banner on my spot??

Ok Im really getting mad... I have asked fanpop to change the banner on my spot like 20 times and Im sick of it! I have gave them enlaces of the banner,forum and pick preguntas to change the banner!! fans are mad coz the banner has not been changed what else can i do... This has been going on for nearly a año which is ridiculous!! Im pissed off at fanpop!!!!

Need más info. tried checking from your profile, if it is for the club twighliters tu need to make a pick saying which banner do tu guys want? #1, o #2 tu have to give the group a choice of banners to choose from in a pick.link then send the results from that pick to them make sure tu put a close fecha on the pick. hope that helps.
